Kas Tau Komnas HAM Papua

Hak Asasi Manusia yang selanjutnya disebut HAM adalah seperangkat hak yang melekat pada hakikat dan keberadaan manusia sebagai makhluk Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan merupakan anugerah-Nya yang wajib dihormati, dijunjung tinggi dan dilindungi oleh negara, hukum, pemerintah, dan setiap orang demi kehormatan serta perlindungan harkat dan martabat manusia

Pelanggaran HAM adalah setiap perbuatan seseorang atau kelompok orang termasuk aparat negara baik disengaja maupun tidak disengaja atau kelalaian yang secara melawan hukum mengurangi, menghalangi, membatasi, dan atau mencabut hak asasi manusia seseorang atau kelompok orang dan tidak mendapatkan, atau dikhawatirkan tidak akan memperoleh penyelesaian hukum yang adil dan benar, berdasarkan mekanisme hukum yang berlaku.

Dalam memudahkan masyarakat dalam membuat pengaduan suatu peristiwa pelanggaran HAM, Komnas HAM Papua membuat terobosan pengaduan berbasis Aplikasi KAS TAU Komnas HAM Papua.

Aplikasi Kas Tau KHP mempunyai 3 jalur media yaitu google docs, Media Sosial (IG, Twitter, FB dan Whatssap) dan SMS/Telpon.

Langkah

Pengadu

1) Pengadu dapat mengunduh aplikasi Kasih Tau Komnas HAM Papua melalui Playstore.

2) Setelah masuk kepada halaman aplikasi, pengadu menekan tombol masuk untuk memasuki halaman berikutnya

3) Setelah memasuki halaman berikutnya, pengadu wajib mentaati dan memahami persyaratan pengaduan

4) Setelah memahami persyaratan pengaduan, pengadu memasuki halaman berikutnya

5) Dengan meng-Klik Setuju berarti Pengadu setuju menaati semua peraturan ketentuan yang tertera.

6) Pengadu dapat memilih jenis media pengaduan yang tersedia di aplikasi tersebut

7) Media pengaduan yang tersedia adalah formulir docs, media sosial (IG, Twitter, Facebook Whatssap), email dan telepon/sms.

8) Terhadap pengadu yang langsung menjadi korban dari suatu pelanggaran HAM, harap mengisi form google docs

9) Terhadap pengadu yang mengetahui suatu peristiwa yang diduga, telah dan atau yang akan terjadi periwtiwa pelanggaran HAM, pengadu harap mengisi kronologis serta bukti2 di media sosial (IG, Twitter, FB dan Whatssap)

10) Terhadap pengadu yang ingin berkonsultasi, dapat menghubungi jalur media sms/telp serta whatssap.

11) Setelah melakukan pengisian identitas dan kronologis peristiwa, pengadu akan menunggu respon dari tim aplikasi Kasih Tau KHP dalam waktu 4 hari kerja.

12) Dalam waktu 4 hari kerja, pengaduan akan diproses dan mendapatkan jawaban yang dapat dilihat di aplikasi maupun contac person yang pengadu masukan.

1) Complainants can download the Cinta Tau Komnas HAM Papua application through Playstore.

2) After entering the application page, the complainant presses the enter button to enter the next page

3) After entering the next page, the complainant must obey and understand the complaint requirements

4) After understanding the complaint requirements, the complainant enters the next page

5) Clicking Agree means the Complainant agrees to obey all the rules listed.

6) Complainant can choose the type of complaint media available in the application

7) Media complaints available are docs forms, social media (IG, Twitter, Facebook Whatssap), email and telephone / sms.

8) For complainants who are directly victims of a human rights violation, please fill in the google docs form

9) For the complainant who knows an event that is suspected, has and or will occur in the event of a violation of human rights, the complainant is expected to fill in chronologically as well as evidence on social media (IG, Twitter, FB and Whatssap)

10) To the complainant who wants to consult, can contact the media channel sms / tel as well as whatssap.

11) After completing the identity and chronology of the event, the complainant will wait for a response from the KHP Kasih Tau application team within 4 working days.

12) Within 4 working days, the complaint will be processed and get an answer that can be seen in the application or the contac person who is the complainant's input.
